Calgary attracts the best of the best. Come see these legendary songwriters when they perform in Calgary this March!

Matt Good’s seminal 1997 album, Underdogs, cemented his reputation as one of Canada’s finest rock songwriters. That hasn’t changed in the ensuing two decades – he keeps writing thoughtful, moving, and most importantly ROCKING songs that people love. He’s currently touring in support of his latest, Moving Walls, and we’re lucky enough to have here in Calgary on April 2 at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium!

“Ro-bots need love too! They want to be loved by you! They want to be loved by yooouuu!”
Dan Mangan is the kind of songwriter you need to sing along to. This Vancouver-based songwriter exploded onto the national scene with his 2009 album Nice, Nice, Very Nice and it’s hit, Robots, but he’s been writing and touring fantastic songs that will make you want to pull our your lighter and hold it in the air ever since! He’s a national treasure and he’ll be playing Jack Singer Concert Hall on April 7.

Two absolute legends are coming to Calgary, together! James Taylor, AKA Sweet Baby James, has been writing incredible and emotional songs like “Fire and Rain,” “You’ve Got a Friend” and “Carolina in My Mind”  since the 1970s, securing his reputation as a legendary songwriter for all time. He’s touring with none other than Bonnie Raitt, another bonafide hero of music who combines wonderful songwriting chops with a blues guitar style that has earned her hundreds of accolades over the years! These two titans will be playing April 19 at Scotiabank Saddledome!
